On the first level, you’ll be welcomed into an open-concept space that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. - 50% Refund: Cancellations made up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund.

- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.

- Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

- The maximum number of guests is depending on the selected property. 

- No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

- No parties or events are allowed without prior permission.

- Please keep the property clean and tidy. 

- Dispose of trash in the designated bins and wash any used dishes.

- An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.

- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. 

- Do not dispose of any other items, including sanitary products, wipes, or trash, in the toilets to avoid plumbing issues.

- Please treat the property with respect and avoid any damage. 

- Report any damages or issues immediately to our team.

- Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use to conserve energy. 

- Do not use appliances for purposes other than intended.

- Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. 

- Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your party.
